Breaking through in late 2009 with the exotic banger that is Devotion, Bingo Players elevated themselves throughout 2010 with numerous major hit’s, all being enactings of the duo’s warped signature sound, the launch of their own record label and countless prestigious dance event appearances. Riding on the remains of Lame Brained as they entered the year of 2011, the name of Bingo Players went viral in mid April along with the release of the refined classic, Cry (Just A Little). Following up with the eagerly-awaited single collaboration with Nicky Romero, entitled Sliced, and later on the killer cut of a remix on Sander van Doorn’s Koko, the pair is now firing away their sixth single representative of their own Hysteria Records. Thoroughly driven by a bumpy hook, their new track called Rattle is now out!

Originally being an unofficial take on The Prodigy’s single with the same name, the incredible ability of Spinnin Records to clear samples and rights comes in handy again as the Flemish duo joins in on the label to release their new single, entitled Funky Shit. Known for weaving old-school samples, pinches of Dutch house and club kick’s together as representatives of the harder face of tech-house, Firebeatz are mainly recognized for their insistent appearances in the playlistings of Swedish House Mafia. Having scooped the trio’s attention as early as mid 2010 with the release of the middle-eastern influenced sounds of Hidden Sound, it did not take long until the refined version of It’s Like That also started to appear in the Swede’s live sets around the turn of the year. Unearthed by Steve Angello for the Where Brooklyn At and Wise Up EP release on Size in June, Firebeatz are back to uncover the mighty, new single that also has been an essential partition of Steve Angello’s sets lately, as shown in the video footage after the break.

Armed with a wide pallette of hit singles off the world renowned Ultra label, Adrian Lux comes on the back of the emotional Eagles together with Sander van Doorn to release a single making alongside The Good Natured. His inimitable Teenage Crime installment on Axwell’s Axtone Records alone could have fuelled the rise of this dexterous Swede, and in conjunction with the releases of Strawberry and Can’t Sleep last year, the reputation of Lux continues to soar as another spectacular production emerges from Ultra Records. Following Boy and a bunch of remixes on Bullets, Solid Ground, Worldwide, Lux combines forces with the English electro-pop trio for Alive.
Led by the silky voice of Sarah McIntosh, an aesthetic interlude and soulful and effing anthemic synths, Alive is out whilst we’re still keenly in the wait for his forthcoming remix on Derezzed and the Fire single to drop.

Merely a week til’ his very first single release – Crunch – Franz Novotny makes his debut as the essential aspirant of the Australia based Vicious Recordings. Havng boasted remarkable proficiency on everything producing, the 18 year old Swede offers his superb interpretation of the Jakarta-bred Ryan Kono’s second single out from Vicious – Someday. Borrowing heavily from the ravishing big room progression of Kono’s original composition, Novotny, influenced by the crisp and dashing sounds of Dutch house, supplements with a grinding electro lead to originate broader dynamics out of the invariant, synth-driven original. Also having the Big Bang release, which has been steadily played by the likes of Kaskade among others, coming up on the record imprint from down-under, the Franz Novotny frenzy is preparing to plant its conquest shortly.
